1.             TO ENTER

 

Entry to this competition is online. No purchase is necessary.

 

To enter the competition all you have to do is complete the survey, enter your email address, and press “Submit”.  All entries must be received by HarperCollins by midday Greenwich Mean Time on 10th January 2008. Entries received after this date will not be valid. This competition is promoted by HarperCollins.

 

2.             WINNER ANNOUCEMENT

 

The winner will be notified by email.

 

3.             ELIGIBILITY

 

The competition is open to all UK residents only. Those under the age of 18 wishing to enter should ask their parents or legal guardians to enter the competition on their behalf. Employees of HarperCollins or their families are not permitted to enter the competition.

 

4.             VALIDITY

 

There is a limit of one entry per household. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries, which are not received by HarperCollins. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Your entry into this competition is your acceptance of these terms.

 

5.             TO WIN

 

One winner from all the entries received will be picked at random from all the entries received. HarperCollins decision as to who has won the competition shall be final and HarperCollins will not enter into any correspondence relating to the winning entry.

 

6.             THE PRIZE

 

The prize is £100 of vouchers for amazon.co.uk. The prize is subject to booking availability. The prize cannot be deferred.  No warranty is given as to the quality of the prize. HarperCollins may in its absolute discretion substitute cash in place of the prize.

 

7.             WINNER PUBLICITY

 

Entrants accept that if they win, HarperCollins will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purpose of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.

 

8.             DATA PRIVAVCY

 

HarperCollins will not use this information to contact you other than to inform you if you are winner of the prize.
